84 year old Mabel was heartbroken. Tom, her 88 year old husband had just passed away. They had been married for 64 years and Mabel could not imagine life without Tom.

Mabel did not want to live without Tom. She decided to kill herself and join her husband in eternity. She looked up the internet at various ways to exit into eternity and came to the decision she would shoot herself. She read that it was best to aim the gun directly at your heart for an instantaneous death.

Now Mabel did not want to take chances. She called her doctor to find out the exact location of her heart and was told it was directly underneath her left breast.

That evening Mabel was admitted to hospital with a gun shot wound to her left knee.
